Privacy
Updated October 8, 2026. This page describes the public site at thealphaai.com. It does not ask you for an email address.
No account on the public pages
The public pages do not ask for your name or email, and connecting a fantasy team does not create an account.
What stays in this browser
- If you connect a team, this browser saves the platform (Sleeper or ESPN), the league id, the team id, and the season. If you connect Sleeper, it also saves the username you typed. Those fields live in localStorage on this device.
- The site may also keep an anonymous visitor id in localStorage so a later visit can be counted. That id is not your name.
- The ESPN bookmark sends roster data into this browser so your team page can render. A copy of that roster can sit in session storage for the tab you have open.
- Sleeper player names may be cached in localStorage so the roster can load again.
- Passwords are never asked for and are not stored. ESPN cookies are never stored.
Sleeper and ESPN
Sleeper sync needs only your Sleeper username. The site reads Sleeper's public league data. It does not take a Sleeper password.
ESPN has no connection that this site can log into on your behalf with a password. The bookmark reads the roster on the ESPN team page you already have open and sends that roster data only. Yahoo is not supported yet.
What is logged on the server
Vercel Web Analytics counts page views. It may use its own cookie.
Buttons can send an anonymous click event, which is the name of the action (for example, that a Sleeper sync finished). Those events are stored in Supabase. They are not your roster, not a password, and not an ESPN cookie.
Password-protected pages
Some pages are behind a password and are not part of the public site. This policy covers the public pages.
