How to sync your Sleeper fantasy football team
Sleeper is the fastest way in: type your username (or paste a Sleeper link), and get your report. No password or login.
Three steps
- Open Manage my team.
- Type your Sleeper username, the one you log in with, and tap Find leagues. You can also paste a link to your Sleeper profile or league. Names are not case-sensitive and a leading @ is fine.
- If you have one league for this season it loads automatically; otherwise pick your league. Your report opens with injury, bye and start/sit flags first.

- Sleeper app: tap your profile icon (bottom corner of the screen). Your username is under your display name.
- Or open Settings, then Account, then Username.
- On the web: click your avatar.
It is your username, not your team name and not necessarily your display name.
