How to sync your ESPN fantasy football team

Paste one link and get your roster's start/sit, injury and waiver notes. We never ask for your ESPN password and never store your ESPN cookies.

Public leagues: paste and go

  1. Open Manage my team.
  2. Paste your ESPN league link, team link, or just your league ID (5 to 10 digits) into the ESPN box.
  3. If you pasted a league, tap your team. Your report loads.

Private leagues: the Sync bookmark

If ESPN says the league is private, the page switches to the private-league steps automatically. It is not an error.

  1. Desktop: drag Sync to Alpha AI to your bookmarks bar, open your team on fantasy.espn.com while signed in, and click the bookmark.
  2. Phone: tap Copy bookmark code, bookmark the page, paste the code as that bookmark's URL, open your ESPN team, and open the bookmark.
  3. Signed in with Google, Apple or Facebook? Same steps; it uses your existing ESPN session.

What we store

The roster is sent to your browser only. Saved on this browser: platform, league ID and team ID. We never store passwords, cookies or ESPN session values.
