Sync your ESPN or Sleeper fantasy team
Connect once to see your starters, bench, injuries, and this week's start/sit and waiver notes. No passwords.
Sleeper
Type your Sleeper username, or paste a link to your Sleeper profile or league. We read public league data only. No password.
Where do I find it? In the Sleeper app, tap your profile icon (bottom corner): your username is under your display name. Or go to Settings, Account, Username. On the web, click your avatar. It is your username, not your team name.
ESPN
Works however you sign in to ESPN: Google, Apple, Facebook or email.
- On your iPhone, open your league in Safari at fantasy.espn.com (or in the ESPN app, use Share, then Copy Link).
- Copy the link (or just your league ID number).
- Paste it above and tap Find my team.
- If ESPN says your league is private, we switch you to 4 short bookmark steps below. Nothing to log in to here.
Only the player names you confirm are saved, in this browser. The reader (about 5 MB, first use only) loads from the jsDelivr CDN. Your picture is not sent anywhere. On a slower phone it can take around 30 seconds.
We never ask for your ESPN password and never store your ESPN cookies.

How sync works
How does sync work?
Sleeper needs only your username. For ESPN, paste your league link, team link or league ID. Private leagues use the Sync to Alpha AI bookmark on your ESPN team page while you are signed in (roster data only). Yahoo is not supported yet.
What is stored?
This browser saves the platform, league id, team id, and season. A Sleeper username is saved if you typed one. The bookmark keeps the roster in this browser. No password is stored, and ESPN cookies are never stored.
